Paid cash $480, for a washer & dryer that was NOT serviced before being sold to the public. Now I have equipment that I can’t use and Rent-A-Scam refuses to refund my money, or even exchange for new equipment. When I buy something, I expect it to work!

I do not recommend dealing with a company that would speak so foul to customers. Ive had rent a center before in another town and had no problems. I decided to use my credit and get my kids a tv and game system from this location since I live here now. I was behind on my payment due to my payment schdedule being different than the due date. But just like last time I pay double with late fee. Ive just lost 3 relatives due to covid and have been away from home grieving with family I did not receive my pay for being out. I've done business with this company for over 10 years, but as of today I will never again. The last 6 months they have been terrible. Fred you could do so much better.
