Good evening, this time my experience was EXCELLENT WITH MR. VICTOR, an employee at the Guayama store. His honesty is a credit to the fact that they have an EXCELLENT employee. My husband dropped his cell phone. He saw 2 cars fall and ran it over. He picked it up, called me, and didn't hand it over. 🙏There are still good and sincere people in PR. THANK YOU, VICTOR!
I didn't like how it is possible that I need equipment just to not lose my food, for example, because in less than 1 week they fix my equipment and deliver it to me. But then I am forced to not lose save my food I have to rent for a minimum of two weeks a piece of equipment that was $ 60 Dollars, a deposit of $ 30. That they will not return to me AND 1 piece of equipment in the way around the house when they deliver mine fixed. Terrible service. The manager there is awful; she doesn't know how to treat customers, and it's thanks to the customers that they have a job and money. Only one employee is lovely; the rest are useless at customer service. I was going to recommend many customers, but I won't.
