Very unprofessional I have always paid my rent on time and because I am able to buy a house now and wanted to terminate my lease early they told me that they will give me a unfavorable reference when u asked to speak to landlord they told me no I could not I asked them can they have him reach out to me so I can explain to him myself and they told me no to that to
