Rented from RW in Richmond, VA for 2 years. Nice house but not maintained well. Nails sticking out of the steps, leaky roof, etc. They were usually quick about fixing the few things that went wrong with the house. I think that had more to do with the actual owner of the house being a nice person more so than RW actually doing a good job.
