Rented from RW in Richmond, VA for 2 years. Nice house but not maintained well. Nails sticking out of the steps, leaky roof, etc. They were usually quick about fixing the few things that went wrong with the house. I think that had more to do with the actual owner of the house being a nice person more so than RW actually doing a good job. The last few months we had a bad mold problem in the kitchen, the roof leaked along the wall and it soaked the drywall causing a pretty nasty mold problem. If a customer calls me late in the evening, I am annoyed and grumpy, and usually do whatever I can to get off the phone as quickly as possible. Well, I had spare time one evening, and I had questions for our property management team.
