I made an appointment to view a house with Krystle Alexander and she did not show up or return my calls. extremely unprofessional and an obvious lack of consideration for my time.
I submitted application #3358667 about 3 weeks ago and the agent assigned to the property (486 S Malton Ct. Stone Mountain, GA) Theresa has been completely unreachable. She refuses to return phone calls. Her voicemail is usually full, but every once in a while you can leave a message, which shows she’s been checking them and deliberately ignoring them. We decided to buy a house in April. Notified Renters Warehouse completed the modification to lease agreement. However the person working our case never submitted the modification. After scheduling a walk through in May, which no one arrived to the walk through, we received a letter in the mail for a past due balance for June and July. Worst agency ever. We received the damage report and disputed one charge. This office, and especially Jennifer Lohfink, never responded. We assumed it was due to COVID. That was April 1st. 2 months later we get sued by the homeowner. I expect, once this is over, I'll be suing Renter's Warehouse, as well. I can't even get them to answer the phone.
