I have been using RentersWarehouse for the first time as property management for my rental and they are great ! I had to resolve an issue and I called them up and they resolved it at quickly as quickly as possible and they were even able to do some of it right on the spot while I was on the phone to make sure it got done . I am very happy I chose Renters Warehouse to manage my rental condo in Scottsdale. Everyone I deal with is helpful and friendly. The water heater wasn’t producing any hot water, and Reymart Apdon, Maintenance Coordinator got a vendor out immediately. The vendor determined that the water heater needed to be replaced, and Reymart facilitated a new one to be installed the next day.
