Pete S helped clean up after a tenant left the property in taters, and made lots of suggestions for improvement and show timing for the next set of renters. He found me good renters in short time, just before the winter, thank you Pete!
quick response, taking responsibility very well, and respectful team.. I don't know other team names but Marydel from RW Maintenance was so helpful and she did her best trying to make sure everything goes well and our issues get solved.
Julia ******works in the Maintenance Department, but she has basically handled all my inquiries! I’ve been getting the run around for almost 5 months about my lease and Julia has been the only one keeping in contact with me. She replies promptly and intelligently. I’m my opinion she has went above and beyond, completely out performing some of her sorry ass co-workers, who’s names will remain temporarily anonymous. Julia you deserve every promotion available, and don’t settle for anything less!
We had RW as property managers for a decade, after becoming reluctant landlords. Their customer service/maintenance folks at their main office, especially Marybel, were fantastic through some very tough and complicated issues, over the years.
Bob was super helpful and informative while my room mate and I were looking for a place to move. He responded quickly to questions and concerns we had!
