Worked with Sean Clark on the leasing of my rental property. Sean quickly found me 3 qualified tenants within a week! Great work. Sean also worked with me to ready the property for the new tenants. It was a pleasure to work so closely with Sean Clark during this time. The new tenants moved in during the first week in March and love their new home.

Erica Hanson has been phenomenal from the start. She was professional and helped me with everything I requested of her through the process of listing my house as a rental. She was always on time for meetings and took great pictures / videos of my place to get a quick turn around time for renting my house out. I had a deadline and she easily found a renter by the deadline. I would 10/10 use her again. I look forward to working with her while my lease is being managed by Renters Warehouse!
