I want to thank Marydel from RW Maintenance. She did an excellent job of following up with our rental house's furnace issue. She arranged for the fix, worked with the vendor and renters directly and resolved the issue in a day. She followed up with the renters and with me and we all felt in the loop, but never had to lift a finger. Thanks Marydel.
Miles was an excellent person to work with. He helped me several times and was great. I was new at this, needing help to rent my house, but Miles made it so easy. He was helpful, courteous and attentive. Thank you Miles you are great.

REYMART ***** the maintenance coordinator did a great job with a recent maintence request. I appreciated his communication from the beginning to the end. It was nice to have him follow up with me rather than me having to request a follow up.
Abby *******worked with me on a maintenance request. She was very polite and considerate with working to solve the problem. It was late in the day when I received the information. Abby was calm, 'considerate and very professional when following up on the request. She did a great job! It's people like her who make Renters Warehouse "shine." Thanks for having her on your team!
