Julia ****** (Maintenance Coordinator) has been excellent in expediting services to ensure that all maintenance needs have been prioritized and met appropriately throughout my residency, thus far. She has answered every inquiry, provided great customer service and has been presented a five-star standard of professional for Renters Warehouse. I worked with Bob ******to find our new place and he was so helpful! He helped facilitate communication between the owner and make sure we were well informed on all the HOA rules. He was also flexible and met with us on a Saturday morning to fill out our paperwork and see the unit. Great customer service and quick to respond to any questions we had.
