Steve ****** of Renters Warehouse did a great job listing, showing and renting my single family property. It took a couple of weeks from beginning until end. The current renters have a great attitude and I’m sure we will both enjoy our renter/rented relationship.
Marydel was a great help when our air conditioning would keep freezing up to find a repairman who could stop out within a short period of time. She kept in touch with me to make sure everything was taken care of properly.

Julia ****** (Maintenance Coordinator) has been excellent in expediting services to ensure that all maintenance needs have been prioritized and met appropriately throughout my residency, thus far. She has answered every inquiry, provided great customer service and has been presented a five-star standard of professional for Renters Warehouse. James Anders has also been great in assisting with communications for the property.
Shawnna has been doing a wonderful job helping me on tenant placements. She is professional, experienced and smart. Very good communication skill communicating between landlord and tenant. Shawnna has been helping me for quite many years and I will keep going back to her.
I worked with Reymart from Renter's Warehouse Maintenance as well as Andry for a utility issue. They got it handled in great time and were very pleasant to work with. Thank y'all so much!
