I was connected with Bob V**** through a friend who has used him consistently to source renters for his properties. Throughout the sourcing process, Bob has been responsive, accommodating and transparent. He was able to find great tenants who signed a 2 year lease for my property. I'm having them property manage in addition to the tenant finding fee as it was extremely reasonably priced.
It gives me great peace of mind to have Nicolas and his awesome team at Renters Warehouse Minneapolis handling our rental property in the St. Paul. Would recommend Nicolas to manage the on boarding process as he was a true professional, very friendly and really humble.

They did a great job installing the oven however the oven does seem to have some cracks in it already.

Sean C is a diligent professional real estate/rental agent. Sean was my agent 7+ years ago and provided the tenants just now vacating. These tenants have been excellent tenants! Sean listed my rental a few weeks ago after receiving info about my current tenants departure. In a matter of days he sent me an applicant. Everything checked out and he was approved. My tenants are leaving 4/30 and my new tenant will move in 5/1. It doesn’t get any better than this! I strongly recommend Sean C.
