We were looking for a freestanding rental home during a time that rentals were difficult to find. Bob Vasta was the agent for the home we eventually rented. He was attentive, pro active and quick to respond to questions. We have never had an issue during the rental process with Renters Warehouse rental agents. Once the contract is signed, renters must use a poorly designed web portal to manage payments and maintenance or contract needs. I am in Rochester, MN and I have been working with Bob V***** as the agent for renting of my rental property. It has been more then 6 months now and I have the best of eperiences when the initial tenents broke their lease and he worked out replacement tenents very quickly without a month of the property being vacant.
