I am very happy I chose Renters Warehouse to manage my rental condo in Scottsdale. Everyone I deal with is helpful and friendly. The water heater wasn’t producing any hot water, and Reymart Apdon, Maintenance Coordinator got a vendor out immediately. I am a landlord who worked with James ******* to find renters for my rental unit. James worked and planned with me through the rehab of my rental unit and the showing and renting of it once complete. He has listened to my concerns and wishes regarding the lease and rental terms and helped me to get invoiced in the form I want to be invoiced. James was a good communicator and did a great job returning calls and following up with me.
Reymart *****the maintenance coordinator is super helpful and very courteous also. He comes up with a plan and always follows through to completion to get the job done.. He has excellent communication to keep us in the loop and informed. He is a pleasure to work with.
