As a disabled veteran with over 34 years of service this agency discriminated against me and my family. They refused to make any repairs and forced us to pay our of pocket for all repairs. Not a company I would recommend to anyone especially a disabled veterinary.
WORST company I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't recommend renting from Renters Warehouse. Day one of moving in the house the kitchen was full of fruit flies. I literally just moved in and RW told me I had to pay for pest control to come out. Then had electrical issues because if I tried to use outlets it would smell like something was burning...NOT GOOD... Renters warehouse are the WORST in customer service, and just over all very unprofessional people. We have been without HEAT in our home that we rent through them for almost two months. Each time we called to get an update on the work order we were met with RUDE customer service reps. And when asked to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor would be rude as well. As a result of renters warehouse being negligent with this particular property, I myself as well as my 7 month old son had gotten sick from the home being so cold.... read more
This is by far the worst experience ever!! They don't fix anything, they have different people coming to take pictures of the problems I'm having but none of them are able to fix. I have been dealing with the same problems since day one. This seems to me like the cheap way out. They are slumlords behind the land lords. I hate that I don't know the owner of the house I'm renting. I would like to know if they knew how awful they were I been in this rental since march 2016 and I have rats which was here before me.
