Awesome experience working with Melissa Miranda! She demonstrated knowledge and professionalism and was able to find tenants within two to three weeks! I will definitely use Rental Warehouse again!

Poor customer service is an understatement. DO NOT do business with this company. You're better off communicating with a dead person. They fail to return calls, address urgent request and the homeowner (Gregory Daughdrill) is extremely unhelpful and entirely non existent. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This deserves negative stars for that matter. RUN RUN RUN.

Awful company. They don't care about their tenets. Heater has been out for almost 2 weeks. Renters has assigned 3 different technicians to come out, the first 2 never showed, the 3rd showed up and said "I can't fix this" then left. When I notified renters they remained as indifferent as ever. 11/02 was when this was reported. Its 11/13 and my kids are still cold at night. If you have kids, DO NOT RENT WITH RENTERS WAREHOUSE.

We do have to have the homeowner's approval before proceeding with any repair or replacement. A vendor was able to visit the property this morning for repairs. It is ridiculous that you keep the whole first month's rent. You get paid a fee for placing someone, then a monthly fee to manage. But a whole month, plus a reserve, plus all other fees? I have not gotten a penny and this is the second month the tenants are there!
