I have been a Tennant for a few months now. I am being charged for electricity which I also pay Progress Energy with no explanation (different amount each month). They charge $18.75/month for even paying my rent online, just wow! I forgot to switch the water to my name and have a $250 admin fee now. No reminder call, letter, or even an email. Poor customer service in my opinion. But, I had to pay it to avoid eviction. I would NOT recommend this rental company to anyone.
I had the pleasure of working with Delphine Sealy as I searched for a home to rent. She was very patient, helpful and responsive to my requests. I'm not sure what area's or people some of the negative reviews are from but in the Clayton area of NC, Ms. Delphine has been a great representative of renter's warehouse to work with for my searched as I relocate to the area.

Ashley Font was prompt to answering my questions regarding a home for my 95 year old mom and I to ensure it would be a good fit for a senior. She is very patient, caring and listens to any question you may have that puts you at peace. We plan to move in our new rental home first week in October and looking forward to being close to family and warmer weather.

We had a problem with our master bathroom sink. JEFF JAHRMAN of Renter's Warehouse was contacted; the service technician arrived in a timely manner and resolved the issue in one visit. Mr. Jahrman stayed in contact to assure the service technician had arrived, answer questions of the repairman and to assure I was satisfied with results of the repair. Stay away from Renters warehouses !!!! Let our family without heat and dirty air ducts causing our family to get sick . They deny every single service request even at this level of health issues !!! Also sold money from us in security deposit !!! Notice you can't leave a review on their page !?!?? Check their google reviews 2.3 out of 5 . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

We have had nothing but problems with Renters Warehouse. When we first moved into our townhome, the property had clearly not been cleaned at all, and the carpets were absolutely filthy. They needed to be replaced before allowing a tenant to move in, and our representative from Renters Warehouse had told us they were professionally cleaned before moving in. Simply the worst rental service ever...where do I start? First and foremost, the house we rent is very nice and spacious. When we first moved here ( Emerald Ridge Court), the neighborhood was brand new, as was the house. After about 6 months of living here it became a living hell. The neighbors are very ghetto. I don't regret getting a great tenant however; the nightmare of not vetting them thoroughly first was one of many debacles to follow! The maintenance man from Blue Chip is based in Tampa FL! They don't release any work performed yo the owners! The corporate office in MN could care less about client or tenant they got the initial $1600 and a month of maintenance fees. They freely paid a crook repairman to stay under the $400 threshold for no ask maintenance to fix a small leak and slyly put a charge for plumbing inspection on... read more
