They have the worst and most unorganized maintenance department. It takes them 5-10 days to fulfill emergency maintenance requests, and often months to fulfill basic ones. We went 10 days without hot water heater, and our house almost burnt down as a result of debris in the exhaust that had never been cleaned out in years and years (maintenance of this is the homeowner's job).
