Overall, service was very good. It took a little longer than I thought to get someone placed. I have provided Eric Dom with a 2nd property to be rented and hope that we will be successful. I provided Renters Warehouse a second property because I did not feel another management/placement company was aggressive enough and not following up on possible leads in a timely manner and maintaining contact with the client. I am concerned that Renters Warehouse will do better in this regard.

RW is professional. Suzanne Hogan did a great job finding a tenant for me. No problems with working with customer service, I've bought the extras to cover myself (highly suggest it), it is worth every penny. My tenant wanted to repaint my place, he didn't like the color, looks beautiful, he's happy and so am I.
