We have used Renters Warehouse for 3 years and have been very satisfied. Our condo is a "hard sell" since it is furnished and only short term 6-9 mos and yet we always get a renter! Logan was outstanding - professional, responsive and successful - our unit was rented with 4 weeks!

Logan was super great to work with. We normally stay away from property management companies because they can be so impersonal, but Logan was extremely responsive and helpful! We didn’t end up taking the property but we were a bit sad about it because he was so great to work with.

Overall, service was very good. It took a little longer than I thought to get someone placed. I have provided Eric Dom with a 2nd property to be rented and hope that we will be successful. I provided Renters Warehouse a second property because I did not feel another management/placement company was aggressive enough and not following up on possible leads in a timely manner and maintaining contact with the client. I am concerned that Renters Warehouse will do better in this regard.
