Chris Mulhern is amazing at Renters Warehouse. About 6 months ago, I had hired Fox Management to rent my property. They sat on the property for 5 months and did not show it once. Claire Marie at Fox was very difficult to work with and could not show the property let alone rent it. (It is a very nice property in Boulder CO.) I am a property owner. Peter Temple was stellar in his efforts to rent my property and had a signed contract within 10 days of me contacting Renters Warehouse for their services. He went above and beyond what I had expected of him in little things, i.e.cleaning up a couple appliances, arriving early to turn on the cooling system, and keep the property looking good. Leaving this review as a homeowner. Short version is working with them had been extremely costly and borderline fraudulent. Here's some examples from just my most recent transaction -- a tenant broke their lease and moved out early. I have a tenant placement warranty yet they still are charging me the one month tenant placement fee, and mysteriously threw an extra thousand dollars into the cost of the placement fee.
