Chris Mulhern is amazing at Renters Warehouse. About 6 months ago, I had hired Fox Management to rent my property. They sat on the property for 5 months and did not show it once. Claire Marie at Fox was very difficult to work with and could not show the property let alone rent it. (It is a very nice property in Boulder CO.)
