Chris Mulhern is amazing at Renters Warehouse. About 6 months ago, I had hired Fox Management to rent my property. They sat on the property for 5 months and did not show it once. Claire Marie at Fox was very difficult to work with and could not show the property let alone rent it. (It is a very nice property in Boulder CO.) I am a property owner. Peter Temple was stellar in his efforts to rent my property and had a signed contract within 10 days of me contacting Renters Warehouse for their services. He went above and beyond what I had expected of him in little things, i.e.cleaning up a couple appliances, arriving early to turn on the cooling system, and keep the property looking good. TL;DR: Stay as far away from Renters Warehouse Denver as humanly possible. They are hands-down the most incompetent, unresponsive, and disorganized property management company I've ever encountered. We rented our property from Mo Salehy. -Unapologetic breaches of contract throughout the term of the lease from both them and the landlord. -Communication is abysmal.
