She is very clear about the expectations and requirements and provided me with all the necessary documentation and information. She is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. She always answered my questions promptly and gave me constructive feedback. I appreciate her trust and cooperation, and I love working with them. Stephanie is a professional and reliable client, and I highly recommend them to anyone.
Do not use this company to manage your property. Terrible experience once the tenant moved in. After 7 months I fired them because they are barely even paying attention to my property. They have no idea that rent is late almost every month. They don't do anything about it unless you call them. You have to go through the call center every time to be transferred to someone who even knows halfway what is going on. The different people in the company don't talk to each other and share info. Update on horrible company! I gave my 60 days notice for safe reasons! the Police were at the condo more often than not, drugs were being sold and done at this complex, the smell of POT and METH were prevalent. A man was arrested for exposing himself - condo has refused to take action to evict him - wasnt safe after dark so I decided to break my lease for my safety gave my 60s days notice and RENTERS WAREHOUSE still wants their early termination fee of $4000. with all of these issues and the fact you could not use the pool ... read more
