me and my family been living in this unit since 2005 and just this year new owners brought the property and when people have issues in their units we were told if it's not none emergency that we have to deal with it so we are having plumbing issues where the water is back up in the kitchen and the bath on the first floor and we can't run water in the kitchen a lot or it will run in the bathroom and then we have to scoop the water out the bathroom sink everytime it get full and who wanna keep doing that everyday and we been h... read more
WARNING POST! I wanted to make this post to warn about renting from Renters Warehouse (Milwaukee) Short version/highlights in case you don't want to read: They are consistently unprofessional, difficult to contact, and have a lack of concern for maintenance even when concerning tenant safety. Horrible company!!! I’ve had so many errors in them “losing” payments and applying my payment to the wrong apartment! They didn’t even have my address down correctly in their system!!! Absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service! I’ve now left 2 voicemails and emails with no correspondence back! Definitely never renting through them again!
Absolutely the worst! I have had a bee infestation for 2 months and it finally took for me to have a city inspector to come out and send them violations for them to finally send an exterminator. On top of that the city also found other numerous maintenance violations as well. Someone was suppose to come today to fix and of course NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! yet these people expect the rent to be paid on time! We have been using Renters Warehouse to “manage” a rental property we own in Milwaukee for the last few years. We paid them $80 each month to field maintenance requests & deal with any tenant issues that may arise. They dropped the ball on follow thru with repairing issues at the property in the past. Now they just notified us, at the beginning of October, our renter had vacated the property Sept 30th. We have used renters warehouse for the last year living here. It is impossible to reach anyone. It will always go straight to voicemail and they will never return your calls. When someone broke into our house, breaking our window, it took months and months before it was replaced. I’ve had a million issues with them. Do NOT rent with them if you expect any customer service, efficient maintenance, or reliable renters. If you like timely maintenance, politeness, and someone to answer the phone, renters warehouse is not for you. They repeatedly send me requests for documents I’ve already signed, refuse to acknowledge requests for maintenance, and when communication is finally established, they’re rude and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and rent from someone else.

Very unprofessional and it’s hard to get work orders fixed in reasonable time. They never answer the phone. Do not rent from them.
