Today, I went on a self-guided tour of an apartment. The exterior of the building honestly looked abandoned, with trash scattered everywhere. There was no lawn maintenance at all, and the dumpster was overflowing onto the sidewalk. The door leading into the property was broken, and the handle was in such poor condition that it wasn't even functioning properly. Worst rental company ever I’m being overcharged every month I was charged twice last month for over 1,300 and my rents 800 I’m being charged for water and I’ve never paid water Leah b argues with me anytime I call about issues and they also go in the portal and change things once confronted scammers they are don’t trust them I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they don’t have one I’m only supposed to be paying $332 a month due to me having section 8!!!! They were very patient with me. Very informative. Made the process very easy💚 Update: I’ve been in my home for a little over a month and there were multiple issues with the home. I moved in December 1st by December 2nd i finally took my shower and the shower was clogged. It also was leaking into the unit below me. The plumber came and they sent me the bill.
