Today, I went on a self-guided tour of an apartment. The exterior of the building honestly looked abandoned, with trash scattered everywhere. There was no lawn maintenance at all, and the dumpster was overflowing onto the sidewalk. The door leading into the property was broken, and the handle was in such poor condition that it wasn't even functioning properly. Been renting with Rentwell for the last 3 years. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful and responsive when I contact them for any issues. The property I rent is pretty up to date and I haven't really experienced many maintenance issues at all over these 3 years. I can recommend this company for a pleasant rental experience in the Pittsburgh area.

They were very patient with me. Very informative. Made the process very easy💚 Update: I’ve been in my home for a little over a month and there were multiple issues with the home. I moved in December 1st by December 2nd i finally took my shower and the shower was clogged. It also was leaking into the unit below me. The plumber came and they sent me the bill.
