Spent so much for a part in here paid extra for Two day FedEx shipping and it has been multiple days and they have not sent out my item nor responded to any emails or calls order update they finally shipped my stuff after threatening to report them to the department of labor, but they didn’t even send it to the correct carrier service paid through FedEx two day shipping and they sent it normal USPS so gonna take even longer to get to me so this is the most untrustworthy place Place I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered a new phone battery and USB-C port from RepairPartsUSA and after 2 weeks I had no tracking info or shipping confirmation, just the initial order confirmation. So I emailed their support. Another week passed and I still had not heard anything, so another email. Another week and a half (nearly a month after ordering) passed and I finally get an email, an automated one stating my order had been shipped. Rewarding 4Stars General before the mission accomplished for exchanging the wrong Galaxy battery shipped. Sorry, I didn't order the wrong item in the first time. Hopefully, battery S10E soon is shipped. 4Stars for "smooth' communications and response!
I repair phones periodically and I randomly found this place one day. Wonderful service! Fairly quick delivery. Quality parts for a great price. 10/10 would AND DO recommend.
The items I received were good quality and they worked, but the communication was poor from this company. I had to inquire to find out the status of my order after not hearing anything for a week, and then I had to email, text and call to find out if the item was shipped. It eventually was shipped and like I said above, the quality was good and it did fix my phone issue. Just know you may have to follow up a few times after you place an order.
