Repairware really came through for me and went out of their way (literally as my city was not in ther coverage area) in fixing my Schwinn 470 elliptical! Nuccio, the techinician was clealry an expert in this field, was very communciative about the process and kindly provided some great maintenance advice☺️They did a terrific job at a great price and delivered it with a smile! 5 STARS!!!🤩
From beginning to end, these people were wonderful. I actually got a person on the phone rather than a machine/message. Ken was friendly and thorough answering my questions and opening a file for my broken elliptical. Nuccio, the repairman, called me later in the afternoon and walked me through various possibilities. So i wanted to give my review of a good appliance repaire company called RepairWare. Unfortunately my Samsung/Kenmore dryee stopped working yesterday. No heat was coming out.. Not being able to reach Samsung, i wanted to try somewhere else. I found Repaire Ware on google. I called and spoke to Ken. He was super polite, friendly and honest. We have relied on RepairWare to address our dryer concern at a rental property. They dealt with our tenants in a timely manner and were incredibly professional.
