Politely asked estimator not to set items on the counter with my baby food. He decided because of this he did not want to give us a real estimate and and was rude about giving me an unreasonably inflated estimate. I understand this is may be an annoying request, but I had already cleared another space for his things. The response was unwarranted and unprofessional. Regional sales manager contacted me and gave me a legitimate estimate over the phone. He was polite and understanding.
Not sure, they were too busy to respond (understandably) due to the overwhelming workload feom the Texas freeze. I'm sure they are great though.
We had original iron pipes in our circa-1950's home that needed to be replaced. At that point, we had already had to have an emergency plumber come in the middle of the night to shut off the water (water valve was completely rusted!) and stop our wall from filling up with water (not cheap). Repipe Specialists performed a whole-house pipe replacement for us using PEX piping. Their price was competitive and quality workmanship is excellent. The weather was not good outside and they took extra measures to protect our flooring. They were on time and explained thoroughly what what being done. Great job from start to finish. Repiped in one day, inspection the next. Inspector was very impressed, said it was an A+ Job. Sheetrock started the next day. Finished the sheetrock next morning. The sheetrock pro even waited a short while for the plumber to finish installing a new bathtub water valve before he left. THANKS RICARDO! Excellent job on all the sheetrock and there was a lot!
