Unfortunately, I am not having a good experience with RMI. The staff is very helpful. However, the scheduling of services is very difficult. RMI has three offices(Oak Brook, Skoie, and Oak Lawn), yet they do not tell you that only certain offices perform certain test. For instance, I have had to wait three months to be seen in their office due to the ultra sound tech or nurse to draw blood not being in. My husband and I had such a positive and professional experience with RMI. The team is well organized and clear with next steps, medications and appointments. It was very easy to work with the team and Dr. Victoria. She is a very positive and supportive doctor.
The RMI team works very diligently to meet your goals. Everyone we dealt with took such good care of us during the ups and downs of our IVF journey. My nurses were always there to answer any question and provide support. I feel very fortunate to have been a patient at the RMI.
Can’t say enough good things about this place. Dr. Victoria is absolutely the best fertility doctor I could’ve asked for. She is very intelligent, kind, and has a warm approach with patients which is very comforting. My husband and I had issues getting pregnant for a while and after one cycle of IVF at RMI, we are expecting our first baby! Thank you Dr. Victoria, Hannah, and Mari so much! We are so grateful to you all and will miss you as we transition to our regular OB/GYN for the duration of my pregnancy!
