Not only did I purchase the cutest Tory Burch Bag! But the customer service was amazing! Elizabeth was so sweet and took her time to show me the bags that caught my eye. The environment of the store makes you want to stay even after purchasing, hahaha. Everything they have there is 100% authentic! They have brand names and prices for everyone’s budget.

Love this place! Best name brand finds but also they have brand new Zara and other staples. I got a hat, a bag, and a few tops from here, so happy!
I have been consigning my items with Renata for over a year now- she is the best! She is quick to reply, always on time for pickups, and so organized. She does quarterly payouts and makes it clear to see which of your items have been sold and what your payout is via a detailed spreadsheet. I truly trust her and can’t recommend her enough.
The Resale Concierge is a great place to get top dollar for your high-end items. The owner is very professional and did a great job displaying my mother‘s items on her website and got a great price for them. The owner is very trustworthy. I will definitely use her Shops services again.
