Rude office staff Poor customer service rude office staff, difficult to get information unless you like communicating with AI
Bate and switch...Zero Customer Service skills Been here TWO days....Car towed already parked in a NON reserved spot even...cannot get a reserved spot after being told we could!....Shown One Apartment ...not the Apartment given to us is NOT the same....we wer given an Handicapped Apt...EVERYTHING is lower so almost NO kitchen space...bathroom everything is lower including toilets (full bate ans switch done to us!) The Office staff is super rude and completely non helpful always too busy.
WORST NIGHTMARE-NO PARKING This apartment community is a nightmare due to the PARKING! There is never parking available. You will need to paid an extra fee up to $100 and you still need to walk 10 minutes to your apartment. The worst nightmare ever! They are even offering $500 for friends referral. No thank you! They don’t have parking!
The enterance of... (Verified Renter) The enterance of the community is unsafe. It became increasingly challenging to get in or out of the community safely due to the increase of cars on Narcoossee Road. Accidents increased over the last 2 years at the enternace of the community and at the interestion of 528 and Narcoossee.
Gate is always... (Verified Renter) Gate is always open at night, tow truck takes cars away but leaves the big commercial trucks here holding parking spots for residents, look like a commercial parking lot. They even park 18 wheelers front end in the parking lot. Which is wrong and not safe
I HAVE SOME... (Verified Renter) I HAVE SOME CONCERNS SPECIALLY WITH THE LIGHTING AT NIGHT. THE COMMUNITY LOOKS SO DARK AND DULL AT NIGHT! I HAVE NOTICED THAT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH LIGHTNING OR THAT THE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY OR MAYBE THE LIGHT BULBS ARE BLOWN OR FUSED. THE LIGHTS THAT ARE WORKING DO NOT ILLUMINATE SUFFICIENTLY THE COMMON AREAS OF THE COMMUNITY. THIS MAY POSE A MAJOR SECURITY RISK! The Reserve of... (Verified Renter) The Reserve of Beach line Apartments are nice the parking is the issue if you want parking you must pay for it.
Going from bad to worse I lived in this community for two years. In the beginning it was clean, well kept and you felt safe. The maintenance staff are fantastic. There's a leasing agent by the name of Hedy H. she is amazing, honestly if she leaves the community will be in trouble. The leasing agent Daniel is worthless.
