I can't say enough good things about my experience living at Blake Farm. From the moment I moved in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel right at home. The maintenance team is also incredibly responsive and has always addressed any issues promptly and with care. My wife and I did enjoy this new apartment complex despite some of the struggles we faced. Just about every time we presented an issue to the property management company we got in touch with the right individual who was able to resolve our issues. The biggest challenge we faced was moving out where we felt strongly about getting wrongly charged for wear and tear. I have been in the multi family rental industry and fully understand what it takes to create a community that excels at every aspect! As someone who moved here from out of state and didn’t get to tour the property, my first contact was via telephone . Jason was excellent through the entire process. This place is simply amazing. Jason made move in very easy, even when we missed getting things ready ourselves. I don't remember the names of the maintenance people who serviced my apartment (I'm sorry!) but they were also great and worked with us and our animals. As an added bonus, I wasn't bribed for my review as I have been other places haha
I have been a resident of Blake Farm for several months. The staff here is wonderful! I want to thank Keith in maintenance for the prompt responses and his willingness to always go above and beyond on all my maintenance requests. The apartments at Blake Farm are truly one of my favorite places to call home!
