Recently my girlfriend and I were apartment hunting and decided to randomly stop by Blake’s Farm. We had no appointment and weren’t even sure if we would be able to tour. Jason at the front office was an absolute angel. He was kind, welcoming, and helpful. He helped us apply and answered all of our questions and many many phone calls. JB with maintenance is absolutely amazing. I have lived here for around a year and a half now, and feel safe, as well as like he is a friend. He is kind, and very sociable. Knows a lot of the residents names as well, he really is a great worker here, and I can imagine others feel the same way.
