I recently moved to The Reserve At Blake Farm, and my experience has been outstanding. The maintenance team, JB, Demetri, and Harrison, have provided excellent service. They are always professional, punctual, and do an amazing job keeping our new buildings beautiful and safe. The office staff, Liz, Kimberlin, and Sydney, made my move-in process easy and effortless. JB with maintenance is absolutely amazing. I have lived here for around a year and a half now, and feel safe, as well as like he is a friend. He is kind, and very sociable. Knows a lot of the residents names as well, he really is a great worker here, and I can imagine others feel the same way.
Now that I’ve moved out I can leave a honest review that speaks to how awesome the staff & living experience here truly is. I didn’t want the place to get too crowded while I was living here so held off on hyping the place up lol. You will never find a more welcoming and pleasant place to walk around than this complex. My lease just came to an end and I sadly had to leave this place behind. With that being said, I have a good idea of what I am talking about when it comes to this apartment complex. First of all thank you to the stellar office staff and maintenance crew. The professionalism and friendliness from day one made this place feel like home. This is the best apartment complex, hands down. I am from out of state, and had been looking all across the United States to find a peaceful and safe community for my family to reside for the next few years, and knew when I saw it online, that it was the complex for me. The area is always very well kept by caring groundsmen, not leaving a single detail behind.
