My new Fischer Home has been a flipping nightmare. From roofing shingles not sealed flapping in the wind, was fixed and some shingles replaced. My insurance company came out to take a picture of the home and put it highly unacceptable and gave me to June 5 2019 to fix it or replace it, well after going back and forth for several months they finally replaced the whole roof.
