Once they get your money, they don't want to follow up and honor the warranty items. Come up with excuses. Refuse to honor certain warranty items if it cost them to much. They want it to be at the homeowner 's expense. They simply don't care! Flat out refuse. It's not like the old days when Henry was in charge.
Beautiful neighborhood and homes. The problem is the follow up and the details. I’ve had my home 2 years and the indoor recessed lighting going bad. When you try to get warranty help….crickets.
maintenance workers don't answer your call. They secretly raise your rent, they put secret charges on.If you ever live here, make sure you pay attention to the fine details and pay attention to the price.Because they will price hike you without you.Even noticing
Beautiful homes but new cleaners suck same cleaning company just new careless people or people rehired that just never cared to do a good job from the beginning!
They are top notch ! Enuff said !
