C Smith Great place to live if you have a roommate or a 2nd income. I have enjoyed living here, even though we haven’t been able to use some of the amenities due to Covid 19, however this is not the apartments fault! Office personnel are very friendly and helpful and treat you as friends. Beautiful surroundings, quiet neighborhood, and quiet/friendly neighbors.

Nice Location Reserve at Springs Creek apartments The apartments used to be called Jefferson Reserve apartments. The ownership change happened in August 2020. I’m writing this to advise potential and new residents about the action or lack of action of the management. The cleanliness of the apartments have gone down significantly. So Far So Good We are new renters here so keep that in mind. We moved in during the Christmas holidays and we decided to take advantage of their movers special. They were offering the first 3.5 hours free off the moving expense if we used their movers. BIG MISTAKE. In short, their “best team” was horrible and we had to hire extra help for them to get done at a decent hour. Despite that, we were billed for an extra 3 hours.
