I have lived here for a few years. The facility is decent except when things get changed there does not seem to make much sense. For example, the bulk trash area was moved from an area that was accessible easily and now it is in an area that does not have a smooth path to it. Plus there are cars right by that area that could get damaged if someone is not careful. Additionally the rent keeps going up with no changes to the apartments or anything. I have been residing here for 4 1/2 years, and my initial experience was positive due to the great management and reasonable rent prices. However, over time, everything has changed, including the management, which has significantly impacted my ability to pay my rent on time. The rent prices have increased substantially during the pandemic, and the late fees have risen from $79 to $150, making it extremely difficult for me to afford my stay. My wife and I lived here from 06/2015 to 10/2023. The reason that we left was because of how ineffective management was at this complex and how they continually allowed certain residents to make the quality of living so poor for other residents with little to no effort to reprimand them or fix the issues. I had a great experience dealing with the property. Jessica was awesome throughout the process. She accommodated me in touring twice, found me an apartment based on my preference, explained everything associated with cost, move in, etc in detail and was overall outstanding. After reviewing my budget I decided to go with another property, but if finances were not an issue this would have been the property I decided on. I lived there up to four years. I moved in with 2 of my cousins and we all had separate apartments. Then I wanted to move out and notified management on time and I was told that I was in a 13 months contract and my cousins were on 12 months contract. To be honest, I didn't know that and that could be a mistake and I was not told there's a 13 months commitment.
