After my schedule appointment and tour of Residences On The Lane I was convinced this is where I belong. Everything was clean, bright, immaculately decorated and inviting. Everyone was pleasant. Ms. Coulibaly was knowledgeable in every way. She was courteous and made me feel comfortable with my questions. Once I toured a 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with a den I was sold. I am looking foward to becoming apart of Residences On The Lane community in April 2025.
Maintenance requests are addressed very timely and professionally. All staff is very pleasant and understanding.
I had an appointment to meet with Honey Hart the Leasing Agent/Consultant on July 12th @ 12:30pm. We were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. First of all Miss Hart did a play back of our conversation from a couple days prior. I was so happy and impressed that she recalled my expectations for my possible new residency. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of touring the Residences on the Lane with the lovely leasing consultant, Honey, (yes, that's her name!)... she's a sweet person...pun intended 😊. From calling to coming in, I experienced nothing but friendliness, professionalism, and a person that truly shows a passion for the beautiful building which she represents. Aisha fit us in for a tour. She was pleasant, calm, answered all questions. She was very personable. The apt was lovely, includes washed and dryer, garage parking and Internet. New building.
