After my schedule appointment and tour of Residences On The Lane I was convinced this is where I belong. Everything was clean, bright, immaculately decorated and inviting. Everyone was pleasant. Ms. Coulibaly was knowledgeable in every way. She was courteous and made me feel comfortable with my questions. Once I toured a 1 bedroom and 1 bedroom with a den I was sold. I am looking foward to becoming apart of Residences On The Lane community in April 2025.
I had an appointment to meet with Honey Hart the Leasing Agent/Consultant on July 12th @ 12:30pm. We were greeted with a warm and welcoming smile. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of touring the Residences on the Lane with the lovely leasing consultant, Honey, (yes, that's her name!)... she's a sweet person...pun intended 😊. From calling to coming in, I experienced nothing but friendliness, professionalism, and a person that truly shows a passion for the beautiful building which she represents. Aisha fit us in for a tour. She was pleasant, calm, answered all questions. She was very personable. The apt was lovely, includes washed and dryer, garage parking and Internet. New building.
Highest Praise for theStaff and their Professional handling of our move! Sorry so late submitting this, but still getting settled in! Have been recommending the Residence on the Lane as being a perfect place to reside. Can wait to see the whole place set up for all they have to offer🙏🏾💙
