The same thing happened to our family after we applied for a rental property. We actually had the credit score numbers, and the 3rd party management agency sends the rejection letter also based from credit and no other factors, but have all of our information. Again if credit is the soul reason for a rental app to be approved or not, then just reject sooner after pulling the credit, why go though all the calling of landlords and employment? The way this company conducts its screenings makes zero sense. We applied to a rental property (managed by **********************) on Friday, June 10th. Our credit was immediately pulled but we received no communication regarding our application or its process until Thursday, June 16th. The company was trying to get in contact with our current landlords for rental history. The current landlord provided a perfect history.
