If I could give them more stars I would! Resolve roofing has been absolutely fantastic to deal with. From start to finish they made the entire process as smooth as can be. They helped me deal with my insurance. They explained everything with me up front. Communicating with them was very easy and they always kept me updated on the next steps. I am extremely pleased with my new roof! I needed a total roof replacement. Taylor was a pleasure to work with. He explained everything expertly. The financing process was fast and easy. On the day of the new roof, they took precautions to contain the mess with expert clean up when they were done. They were respectful and worked hard and had it done in a day even with unexpected setbacks. I was given updates throughout the day with pictures so i could see the progress. Second time using Resolve at this property. Highly recommend their services. Great communication, lots of photos and details about the bid for work and after completion. Showed up as promised and job completed on time. Full gutter clean out and installation of gutter guards. A+

Resolve roofing was recommended to me by the finest contractor in town. He was right. In this day of horrific customer service and AI bots, Resolve was an outstanding example of real human communication and coordination. Their estimators, project coordinators, owners, and roofers were all truly friendly, professional, and thorough. They know their business well and the premium roof they installed is evidence. They were fast, too! Would absolutely recommend. 10/10.
