My experience with Resolve Roofing was excellent. Shayne was prompt and professional with the inspection and very thorough in explaining the installation and insurance process. I called Resolve Roofing to inspect what appeared to be a small patch of damaged shingles on the roof. Shayne conducted a thorough inspection and provided an estimate of the life of the roof rather than just saying it needed to be replaced immediately which many roofers would have said in this situation. He also repaired the small patch of shingle damage for free which I really appreciated! I really appreciate the honesty and will definitely reach out to Resolve Roofing again when our roof is due to be replaced!
I cannot recommend Resolve Roofing enough! My new roof is GORGEOUS! Shayne and his team were an absolute dream to work with. From start to finish they were done with my roof in about 7 hours. The crew was so friendly and their efficiency was mind blowing. Great response and great job. We had the roof replaced after we found a leak, the did a great job. While there, Kolton helped identify some gutter and siding issues. Again a great job in following up by Kolton and crews. Really appreciated Kolton’s attention to detail.
