Oh my goodness. We had so many problems with our past provider. We were tired and ready for change. We just got Resound today, good internet, the workers are friendly and are open to chat and laugh with you. I personally had Joe Scott and Devin (I hope those names are right) and they were amazing, chatty, friendly, helpful, and very nice to us. The internet is working great and we just started, can't wait to have this for a long time 😁👍🏻
