RTI is the most difficult company to deal with. Once they get you locked in, they forget about you. Finally got a salesperson after years of not having one, which we did ask, and we would just have to use Customer Care, which they act like robots and really have no clue what is going on! They have jeopardize our business but not pumping out old oil and delivery new oil. We are moving on. They are other good companies out there that are way better then RTI, which we have found! GOOD RIDDANCE RTI!!!!
