Been a customer for 15 years. The last year (+) their customer service has taken a nose-dive. Have left my business without oil 3 times now in the past year. Have been told several times that they will be there promtply, only for them to not only NOT arrive, but for their customer service to be wildly condescending when we call to inquire. Sad to say will absolutely be shopping for a new company to do business with, since ours clearly isn't valued.
This company used to do a great job. Sadly these days it seems they do not care about their customers. We've been promised a call back over 10 times & still no one bothers to follow up. My advice- be careful about signing a contract!
