I bought a restaurant with a RTI oil system in it. I filled out all required paperwork two weeks ago. Oil has still to this day not been delivered. I called about a week ago to ask what was happening, they informed me they sent me the wrong paperwork and needed to resend new they sent it and I filled it out.
