Restoration 1 came out quick for a water overflow from a condensation pump in the basement and got the job done promptly, drying out in a few days. We had filed an insurance claim on another issue last year and I did not want to file another one for what overall was a minor water issue, so I was tried to go through self-pay and had been told they would work with us on the pricing.
