Jeremy the Operations manager came out to take a look at a potential shower leak, talked me through what he was seeing, verified the problem with infrared cameras. He scanned the room and followed up shortly after with a quote and plan to take care of things. Josh and crew were quick, demoing a whole shower and then some in a few hours, removing damaged materials, and taking mold remediation actions. The cement slab in front of the entrance door of my fitness center rose up from the freezing cold to the point the door would not open. Sensing the urgency Gavins team jumped into action and fixed it within a day so I could keep my business running. They were professional, courteous, timely and affordable. I cannot recommend them enough when you need a reliable company!
I cannot say enough good things about Gavin and the crew of Restoration 1. They were always on time, cleaned up after themselves every day for four days of challenging work, and they did EXACTLY what they said they would do, which is rare in this day and age! My boiler leaked into my newly installed carpeting. Co-owner Gavin came out quickly and got right to work with his equipment. He came out daily to check the progress and made adjustments as necessary. He was very pleasant to work with and within a few days you can’t even see I had a problem. I would definitely recommend this company.
