Dean was friendly and competed the work. However, he caused a leak that resulted in 4 extra days of drying after the initial drying was completed. We were understanding as mistakes happen, but then we received a bill for the extra work. Please be warned that the billing/ collections dept Restoration 1 contracts with is VERY aggressive. Our insurance company is USAA, a very reputable company. Restoration 1 accused USAA of "price fixing" and refuses to follow industry standards for their pricing, charging thousands more for t... read more
