I was very pleased with this company. When I called them, they were here within 40 minutes. Excellent timing.. I would recommend these to anyone the two gentlemen that came to my house were Marcel and Keith. They worked so hard and did such a wonderful job cleaning up all the water and getting my house back to the way it needed to be to get redone.. Thanks to Ray and Kyle ...I had a flood and five fans later and gallons of water out of my walls..they still make a visit to see if something needs more air conditioning or drying out. Very timely and extremely courteous.
Keith, Kyle, James, Rick, and the manager, Kelly, are absolutely wonderful. Nobody wants to deal with the stress of property damage and these folks have made it as easy as possible for us. They are extremely communicative, pleasant, and patient when it comes to answering any and all questions that we have. Ray and Keith did an awesome job! They were great communicators and super helpful. They even assisted us with our insurance claim, as we had never had property damage before. We had a nasty leak from our HVAC that caused water to flood under our floorboards and carpet. They quickly assessed the situation and got to work taking pictures for our claim, removing water logged flooring and setting up fans/dehumidifiers. They were great!
