To say that I am grateful for R1 in Gulfport wouldn't even begin to cover how I feel about this entire team - especially their contents division. Ashly, Caleb, Rachel and their team are there to assist with textiles processing within 24 hours of my initial call. They are professional, organized and overall amazing humans! I absolutely love working with this team and I HIGHLY recommend calling this company for any of your Fire-Water-Mold needs!
Marcel & Kyle was very professional and very nice. They are doing a fabulous job of cleaning up after we had the sprinkler system bust and flood our office. They have been very courteous of us working and being on the phone where they're not bothering us. I will highly recommend them to anybody family friends to call them to come help them out when they have a flood or any kind of problem thank you
Marcel and Kyle are great. Quickly addressed all current issues I am/was going through with my home. They explain/explained every step the are taking/took. With having ongoing PTSD as a veteran, they seen that only they were the ones to return. Attention to detail is what these guys are. They have sincere intentions and not just there to just get a check like others outside them two. If they are needed again in the future, I just want this company and those 2 specific people. We had Marcelle, Keith, and James come by to dry out all of the moisture in our home, and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Their communication was consistent and clear, and they worked efficiently while still being incredibly friendly and respectful of our space.
