Marcel with restoration 1 was very polite and knowledgeable about our water leak. He got us a quote and it was a great price. He was very efficient and got the job done the right way. He was also on time which is big to us. He cleaned up as he went and I couldn’t ask for a smoother job. We recommend restoration 1 100%!! Thanks restoration 1.

We had Marcelle, Keith, and James come by to dry out all of the moisture in our home, and they were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Their communication was consistent and clear, and they worked efficiently while still being incredibly friendly and respectful of our space. Marcel and Keith did a great job for us. They were informative and efficient. A problem with the sprayer held the job up but the equipment was replaced quickly. They went the extra step by placing a humidity sensor for me. Naturally you don’t want to have to address a problem like mold, but my experience was positive. Thanks gentlemen, job well done!
