Great from start to finish the team did an amazing job. Very professional and courteous, they explained the process and timeline. Janny, Jose & Tony took care of a moldy ceiling for us, recommended 3rd party environmental testing companies for the all clear and a general contractor to patch up the work and all was resolved in just a few days! Hopefully we will stay mold free but if not I know who to call and feel safe to refer them to family and friends.

Janny (the owner), Tony and Jason did an excellent job with the remediation of the mold and water damage caused by the leak in our kitchen. They helped greatly in determining the source of the leak (which wasn't obvious at first) and documented thoroughly the evidence with photos and videos throughout the project. The services provided by Restoration 1 were exceptional. They put a team of professionals together that helped us deal with water and mold damage in our home. The team included HVAC, plumbing, duct cleaning and reconstruction sub contractors. They had to deal with abuse from our tenants prior to moving out. Their cost estimating was thorough and detailed. Our experience with Restoration 1 of Irvine was remarkable! We had severe smoke damage in our bedroom from our fireplace, and the entire room and furniture was badly damaged. The crew came out to access, and started work the following day. They were here so professional, and were here for a total of 14 hours over a two day period.
