Our mold inspector specifically recommended Bryan Ligman, and he was the only remediator I spoke with who really seemed to understand what to do. He and his team were conscientious, thorough, accessible, good communicators, kind, and pleasant to do business with (even though it is an unpleasant business). It was a comfort knowing we were in good hands as we went through a lengthy mold remediation. Bryan and our inspector worked well together and made a great team.

Restoration One ~ Bryan (owner) came to my home and offered an estimate for taking care of a lot of water damage and black mold. Nathaneal, Tyler and Michael are three of the sweetest guys, and they showed up on time and ready to work. Their work ethic is amazing. They even came out to check my home on the weekend. They are professional, well-versed in all aspects of their difficult job, and sincerely kind. The job has been completed, and I am so thankful!

I have a severe mold sensitivity and have dealt with mold remediations before, so I knew exactly what to look for in a remediation company when we found mold in our basement. Restoration 1 is far superior to any other company we've used. Bryan and his team are so incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. They follow all proper protocols and are very clean and courteous to boot. Very happy with their work!
