I live in an HOS. I had water damage to my ceiling and thought it was a possible water leak. Steve was able to come same day and found the issue to be much more serious. The exhaust pipe from my furnace and water heater had becomes dislodged causing condensation in my attic and the water damage. Steve was great at explaining the issue and recommended it be fixed immediately. I had no idea this was a potential disaster waiting to happen. I am so thankful for the quick, expert service. Restoration 1 provided flooding restoration in our basement and we could not be happier with our experience during frustrating circumstances.
