Restoration 1 of Mt. Pocono picked up the phone on a holiday and came through 100% alleviating a bad water / mold situation that was the result of a hot water heater flooding the basement. The owner, Jake, personally arrived the next day and was very willing to review in detail the needed response and what would occur to restore the house. Recommendations and work were on point. They came over my house a couple of days ago due to a flood and I can say that they’re very professional and polite. They explained everything to me so I can understand what they’re doing and after getting the work done, they left my house clean and back to normal, like it never happened.
