RecommendedRestoration 1 is fast, efficient and professional! I manage a massage therapy business and we have their crew come out every six months to do dryer duct cleaning for our business, so we can make sure our ventilation is clear and working correctly. Daniel and Peter arrived on time and were thorough with their work from set up to clean up. I would highly recommend them!

RecommendedThe team of Tim, Evan, Isaiah, Tre, and Daniel did an excellent job of both communicating regarding the situation as well as the actual mitigation work that had to be done after a water event in the basement. So quick to get to the house, assess the matter at hand, and make a plan and communicate the work order plus any additional details as well as fielding additional questions. Genuinely invested and also very personable. 5 Stars for sure.

RecommendedOver all I think they did a great job and was easy to work with. My only issue was I live in an HOA and they will not do anything until they talk with Restoration One. According to my HOA guy he has not heard from them. I have asked them to send an email and include me on it and I never received that. So neither the HOA or restoration is working either way for me.
RecommendedNathan and his team were wonderful. He kindly answered all my questions and explained himself so I could understand. He went above and beyond with taking extra junk to haul away for me and other little things. Highly recommended! He’s not only super nice but reasonably priced ! If you need this type of work , call them and you’ll have no disappointment.
