After trying for hours to get a plumber out, I called Jeff at Restoration 1 to see if he can help. Due to a recent leak in my home, I had the pleasure of working with Jeff from restoration 1 on drying out the wet areas. Jeff was very patient and thorough in explaining the entire process as it was my first time dealing with a major leak. He was also communicative in coordinating the next steps and timeline with me.
