Excellent experience working with Restoration 1 in Orlando. Richard and his team were extremely thorough while being respectful of our house and the items in it. Communication was above and beyond with timely and detailed updates which made the entire process of having to deal with the mold remediation easy to get through. I recently had the pleasure of working with Restoration 1 (Lake Nona). We accidentally had a bathtub over flow in my upstairs master bathroom. I called two other water damage companies and decided to call Restoration 1 due to a recommendation from a family member and I am so glad I did.
