Our Property Management company needed a reputable restoration company to respond to an emergency service call and Restoration 1 of Rancho Cucamonga was our golden ticket! We had a water leak in the walls of our home that we did not know about until I stepped onto our laundry room floor and water came up from our laminate floor seams. I’ve worked with Vanessa and Restoration 1 on multiple occasions. Every time is a great experience. My client experienced an electrical panel fire, which caused fire and smoke damage. We reached out to Restoration 1 after having a big leak in our upstairs restroom and not knowing what to do with the aftermath. Kenny and Vanessa were incredibly helpful and prompt and immediately got us the help we needed. Since this was all new to us, they made us feel at ease and were able to resolve the issue and get our house back to normal.
