If the work was done correctly, like it was supposed to be, there wouldn’t be any of this going on whatsoever! Owner very unreasonable with several attempts to get what I was supposed to get that he calls all of my efforts complaints trying to get materials that I was supposed to get that homeowners paid him for but he gave me a much cheaper product. Restoration 1, owner Bob Couture, from the beginning which was around Halloween 2024, they would take care of me and make the work go very smoothly prior to the previous company I had in before him leaving me unsafe with floors that were ripped out due to water damage in black mold. That company decided they weren’t going to come back because they were afraid homeowners was not going to cover it.
